About your therapists
Dr. Uduak Afangideh, M.Sc., ALC (under the supervision of Linda Holmberg, LPC) is a private practitioner in Montgomery, Alabama.
Compelled by her scientific background in Higher Education, her role as a Public Speaker for over 20 years and her desire to assist people of all ages deal with the demands of daily living, Afangideh decided to obtain a Master's degree in Counseling. Armed with that knowledge and a strong clinical experience, she decided to create a space that would allow her to work with clients one-on-one on general issues relating to mental health.
With a focus on preventive mental health care, Dr Afangideh's belief is that clients should not wait until they are faced with traumatic experiences to seek a therapist. Rather she advocates for everyone to be equipped with the tools they need to build healthy and resilient lives. Her desire is to come alongside clients as they reflect on life and living, help them hit the reset button and empower them to resolve the issues in their lives as they seek mental wholeness.

Sam Boshell, M.S.M.F.T., Associate M.F.T. (under the supervision of Dr. Wayne Perry) is a private practitioner in Montgomery, Alabama.
After working extensively with children and their families in daycare settings and in Children’s Ministry, he felt that his training and experience in helping families heal from the strains of life was seriously lacking. This was the push that sent him for his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University. After receiving this training and doing the work of his own therapy, he hopes to come alongside others as they approach the challenges of their own journey.
It is Sam’s belief that healing can take place from past hurts and that growth can occur for people to engage healthy processes of living. He views his role in therapy as joining his clients as they engage their own resources to be able to accomplish this and believes in giving his clients hope for a stronger and brighter future.
