Uduak Afangideh, M.Sc., LPC is a private practitioner in Montgomery, Alabama.

Uduak has a Ph.D. in genetics and has worked as a university professor for over 24 years. Her scientific background, her jobs in higher education, her role as a Public Speaker for over 20 years, and her desire to assist people of all ages to deal with the demands of daily living, led to her decision to obtain a Master's degree in Counseling as an additional tool to help those who cross her path.   Armed with a strong background in working with people of all ages and years of clinical experience, Afangideh started a private practice, Afangideh Therapy with the goal of creating a space that would allow one-on-one work with clients on general issues relating to mental health.

With a single-minded focus on preventive mental health care, Afangideh's belief is that clients should not wait until they are faced with traumatic experiences to seek a therapist.  Rather she advocates for everyone to be equipped with the tools they need to build healthy and resilient lives.  Her desire is to come alongside clients as they reflect on life and living, help them hit the reset button, and empower them to resolve the issues in their lives as they seek mental wholeness.

Jonathan Gilbert Ms, ALC is a clinician whose unique approach to psychotherapy combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

He is passionate about creating a warm and inviting space for each client and believes that clients benefit the most from an eclectic therapeutic approach customized to the intricacies of their current needs and psychological makeup.

He has been trained to treat generalized anxiety, depression, anger management, and OCD in adolescent and adult populations.His other specialties include supporting clients in their recovery from sexual addiction, helping clients navigate online parasocial relationships, supporting men's mental health, navigating trauma recovery, recovery from substance abuse.

Tela Sanders, Ed.S., LPC, CCTP, NCC is a clinician that is passionate about providing a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for each client to heal.

Tela has worked primarily with adults and children who suffer from trauma, sexual assault, family abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, adjustment issues, and relationship concerns. She uses various methods of self-expression, including play, art, creative writing, etc., to help each client in therapeutic processing and encourages clients to create goals specific to their concerns/needs.

Tela utilizes a holistic counseling approach emphasizing the mind, body, and spirit. Her objective is to motivate the client to look beyond mental/emotional angst and explore the needs of their entire being.

Kenya Moore Dixon is an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field.  She has provided therapeutic services in variety of settings; office, in-homes, state correctional facilities, and inpatient psychiatric units.  Kenya works with adolescents, adults, and families.  She provides counseling to clients with various issues that include stress, anger, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse and whatever is unique for the individual.

Kenya utilizes a unique approach to psychotherapy combining Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help individuals achieve their goals.
