RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations can be made by calling 334.625.9528 or by scheduling an appointment online under the work with us tab.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled appointments. Any cancellation done after that time frame will count as "No show" and client will be billed as for regular appointment.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

All client appointments, personal information and files are strictly confidential. Information you supply to me cannot be shared with others without your written authorization/consent, except,

1. That I may be required by law to release information. Be aware that you might be waiving the therapist-patient privilege regarding your treatment if you make your mental or emotional state an issue in a legal proceeding.
2. That I may be required by law to release information to protect you under the following conditions:  if I believe you are in danger of harming yourself or another person; If I am treating a child and I know or suspect that child to be a victim of abuse or neglect; to protect an adult or the elderly from abuse or exploitation; In response to a subpoena under mandated court order.
